 Cheryl
Dickey is our financial secretary. She joined our office in 2003. She is an expert in developing financial arrangements tailored to your personal budget. She takes pride in advising patients with a personal touch when developing payment arrangement details. Cheryl also helps to coordinate payment details that involve insurance coverage. Cheryl and her husband, Alan, live in Pelham. During her time away from the office she enjoys traveling, reading, playing the guitar and tennis. |
 Ellen Haugh is our principal receptionist and appointment coordinator. She joined our office in 2005, coming to us with skills spanning over 25 years of experience. Ellen views her position at the front desk as an intricate part of the office team and focuses on cultivating a welcoming, friendly environment. She is a self-described "people person", so working at the front desk is a great way to use her skills and get to know our patients. Ellen and her husband, Gary, reside in Hudson and have two grown children. Time away from the office is spent enjoying her home and family. |
 Celeste
Schmitt is our treatment coordinator. After 20+ years
with our office, her expertise in all areas of the office
is exceptional. Celeste assists in routine orthodontic adjustments
as well as helping Dr. Phillis with reviewing the treatment
plans to parents and patients before your orthodontic treatment
begins. During her time away from the office, Celeste is
enthusiastic outdoors person enjoying water and snow skiing
and time with her son. |
 Wendy
Rainville has been our chair side assistant since
1985. She started with us as a part-time high-schooler and
has grown in talent and experience to be an outstanding assistant.
Wendy routinely will assist Dr. Phillis in performing prescribed
portions of your adjustment during your orthodontic visits.
Wendy is a Nashua native married to her high school sweetheart
Dave. She has two young sons that keep her busy, but still
manages to enjoy her hobbies of biking and camping. |
 Deanna
Rochette joined our team in 1997. Deanna has been
delivering excellent care as a chair side assistant since
1989. You will find her assisting with regular braces adjustments
and taking diagnostic records. She is also your key
person on the day your braces are removed and retainers are placed.
She is a Nashua native. When not in the office, Deanna and her husband, Eric, enjoy spending time with their dog, a Shiba Inu, named Shaker. Deanna also loves to spend time with her family and relaxes with gardening and reading. |
 Cynthia Bonenfant has 20+ years experience in the dental field as a ceramist. She recently broadened her dental laboratory skills by undertaking responsibilities for our orthodontic appliances and retainers. She spends most of her time, behind the scenes, in our lab making your retainers. In the afternoons, cynthia helps with the care of patients in our treatment area. During her time away from the office, Cindy is an avid runner and also enjoys hiking and motorcross. |
| Pamela Moreau is a Nashua native and has worked in general dentistry as a chairside assistant for nearly twenty years prior to joining our team. As a teenager, Pam also went through orthodontic treatment in our office. As the newest member of our team Pam is rapidly becoming expert in process of taking diagnostic records (x-rays, photos, impressions) as well as nuances of orthodontic chairside assisting. She and her husband, Kevin, live in Hudson with their two children. |
